Zolvey is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 3-4 days once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world.

 In Zolvey refund & cancellation only possible if Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Item Delivered

1. If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us at zolveyindia@gmail.com along with couple of pictures of defected or wrong product with opening video within 24 Hours of delivery.
2. If you have received damaged product We will try and replace the product as soon as possible, If that product replacement is not possible only in that case, we will return that much amount.
3. At Zolvey each product quality is checked, verified and then shipped to the customer.
4. In case of Product replacement, you have to send back the parcel with return packing slip within 3 Days. (Note: For that parcel, courier charges will be paid by customer)
5. The orders that have already been shipped by us will not be cancelled or after booking order cannot be cancelled. 
6. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact 
7. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges incurred by you.
8. For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform Zolvey within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. 
9. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
